Online LGBTQ+ Inclusion Training

This course will start with the fundamentals of LGBTQ+ Inclusion, turning awareness into practice, inclusive language and much more.
Your trainer will be in touch nearer the time to share a pre-training survey where participants can ask questions anonymously, which enables us to shape the training to your groups needs. The core curriculum we usually cover is below:

Trans Inclusion & Pronouns -how to support trans & non-binary people
Current challenges - how to respond to homophobia & transphobia
Best Practice Inclusion - how to be a visible ally and facilitate in an inclusive way

Scenarios - to put your learning in practice with real-life examples
Practical Ally Actions - what are you going to do to be more inclusive
