Join Hazel Marr, yoga teacher, to discover ways to bring yoga into your classroom or school grounds.

It doesn't matter if you attended this workshop last year, Hazel will show new techniques of yoga for your classes or groups. She will show techniques in a fun and informative way to get children from nursery to secondary school age to try out yoga! It will be a great experience for all, no matter if you know nothing about yoga, in the beautiful grounds of Inverness Botanics. Meet at the back grass area behind the glass-houses (Grow project area). Please note that this workshop is in the afternoon, starting at 2pm.
