Main business of the Annual General Meeting followed by an Ordinary Meeting. As a member you can vote on the election of Office Bearers and have a say in the general running of the group. We would value new members joining us, including new committee members, in particular from schools or education settings.

This meeting will be held outside, and if the weather is particular inclement we will use one of the group's shelters.

Please bring a chair and wrap up warm! Conditions allowing, we will have a fire for hot drinks (otherwise we will bring a flask - there WILL be hot drinks!) and light refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own mug.
